Project scope
When Tom Peacock launched his personal training business, he knew he needed more than just a logo and a few photos. He wanted to enter the market positioned as the premium choice for both in-person and online coaching. Tom engaged Mesmerise to help shape every element of his brand identity, from tone of voice to visual aesthetic, so it would reflect authority, trust, and expertise.
Beyond branding, Tom needed high-quality commercial assets and resources, including lead payment systems and pricing documents, as well as a high-converting website that would act as a cornerstone for attracting his ideal clients.
We started with a discovery call to define Tom’s vision, followed by foundational market research and customer persona analysis to identify his ideal audience. This informed the tone of voice, brand identity, and visual direction for all creative work.
Photo and video shoots were organised to capture content for use across the website and marketing materials. We built a premium, SEO-ready website designed to position Tom as the go-to option for both in-person and online coaching, and optimised his Google Business Profile to improve local search visibility.
To support lead generation and client onboarding, we created commercial assets - including three lead magnets. We also presented comprehensive pricing information on the website, ensuring Tom had the tools to attract, engage, and convert his ideal clients with full transparency.
