Jay reached out with an urgent plea: help Street Peace survive. The youth-focused social enterprise he and Natalie ran was just five weeks away from the end of the financial year, and without raising $30,000 they would be forced to shut their doors.

Their website and online presence were under-developed, leaving a huge gap in their ability to connect with potential donors, especially commercial enterprises. The stakes were high, every day mattered. Jay and Natalie trusted Mesmerise to lead the charge, from reshaping their brand tone and rebuilding their website, to creating high-converting marketing assets designed to engage and secure major donor support. The outcome: record breaking donations.

We kicked off the campaign with a strategy call between Mesmerise and the senior Street Peace team, where we developed the “Stronger Together” concept to serve as the campaign’s unifying message. From there, we conducted foundational research and created a detailed strategy deck outlining target personas, creative references, and the execution roadmap.

A content calendar was produced to give Deborah and Natalie visual clarity on the rollout, while their existing email flows were reviewed and refined for stronger donor engagement. We briefed Luke on the content to film and how to capture it effectively, ensuring it aligned with the campaign voice.

The website was redesigned for a premium look and stronger positioning, and we created a lead magnet, the Social Impact Report 2025, to incentivise commercial donor contributions. A full-funnel social media strategy was launched, driving awareness, engagement, and conversions.

With around $600 in ad spend, the campaign secured over $60K in donations, exceeding the target and ensuring Street Peace could continue its mission.
