James from Reigner was running Facebook ads but seeing little to no return on investment. The campaigns weren’t generating quality leads, and the brand’s offer lacked a clear focus.

We began with foundational market research and customer persona analysis, which revealed a stronger opportunity in shifting the focus from ready-to-wear casual clothing to custom suits. Not only were custom suits more unique, but they also carried higher margins and offered greater potential for market differentiation.

We designed and built a brand-new Shopify store, along with a dedicated high-converting landing page specifically for the custom suit offering. A full-funnel Meta campaign was launched, targeting each stage of awareness with tailored messaging and creative.

Engagement campaigns were rolled out to grow and warm up the audience, supported by unique custom audience techniques that allowed us to build large pools of high-intent targeting data. We produced fresh content to showcase the craftsmanship and style of Reigner’s suits, and developed a location-specific campaign focused on Melbourne’s CBD and the Nicholas Building to capture the attention of local professionals.

In addition, we launched targeted marketing campaigns in the United States to attract high-value celebrity clients and individuals in the entertainment industry, further elevating the brand’s profile and expanding its reach into premium international markets.

This combination of a refined offer, a premium online presence, and a structured marketing system positioned Reigner to attract higher-value clients and maximise ROI from ad spend.
