Matt Staples from Pro Sculpt came to Mesmerise needing help to reignite lead flow. The online landscape had shifted, and enquiries were starting to dry up. For years, Matt had relied heavily on Houzz.com, but in recent years, fewer leads were coming from the platform, and even fewer were arriving directly through his website.
Despite his work being top-tier and featured in highly regarded design publications, his website failed to communicate the level of premium craftsmanship he was known for. He needed a strategy and platform that reflected his expertise while driving consistent, high-quality enquiries.
We began with foundational market research and customer analysis, including an SEO audit of the current site and competitors. This informed a strategic overhaul to reposition Pro Sculpt as a premium leader in the custom joinery space.
The website was redesigned to exude quality, showcase Matt’s award-winning portfolio, and present his services with clarity and authority. All existing content was reviewed and optimised, with outdated or irrelevant pages removed. We implemented 301 redirects to preserve search rankings and integrated NLP-driven service pages targeting high-intent keywords.
An omnipresent campaign strategy was rolled out across Google and Meta, ensuring Pro Sculpt was visible to potential clients across all stages of awareness. To reinforce the brand image beyond the website, we also worked on refining Matt’s Instagram feed, curating content that aligned with the premium positioning and design-focused audience.
