Loam Hotel

2025
Project scope

Sam Ballantyne and his father had purchased land in the Grampians. As a registered builder, Sam had applied for a state government grant to create a hotel. After a long stretch of silence, the project sat in limbo until the approval finally came through two months ago, securing funding and setting the plans in motion.

Sam and Carla approached Mesmerise with urgency, they needed a high-quality landing page within a fortnight. The page needed to serve as a polished destination for shareholders, stakeholders, and interested parties to view the project and to communicate the natural beauty of the Grampians. While they had branding and architectural renders, their visual assets were limited, and they lacked clarity on how to present the story in a way that would inspire confidence and excitement.

We began with a project meeting to clarify the concept and objectives for the landing page. From there, we produced a first draft that aligned with the brief, giving Sam and Carla a clear vision of the direction. A follow-up meeting was held to gather final feedback and ensure alignment. We developed video content and refined the landing page concept to capture the essence of the project while maximising visual impact.

The final delivery exceeded expectations, providing a polished, engaging page that stakeholders could confidently share with shareholders and interested parties.
