Mark Smith from Gondwana Landscaping and Stone was operating on an outdated website with no clear brand tone or value proposition. He had someone “running” ads for the business, but they weren’t generating qualified leads.

The ads were driving traffic to a dated WordPress site that failed to communicate what set Gondwana apart.

Mark wanted to take his business to the next level, attract higher-value projects, and spend less time on the tools and spend more time with his growing family. To do that, he needed a positioning overhaul, a new website, and a marketing ecosystem built to forge trust and convert high quality clients.

We began with a comprehensive brand audit, defining Gondwana’s tone of voice, value proposition, and market positioning to attract its ideal clients. From there, we designed and built a modern, conversion-focused website that showcased the quality of work and embedded strong proof elements throughout. All existing website content and rankings were carefully preserved during the rebuild. We implemented a structured migration plan, using 301 redirects to ensure every page retained its SEO value and that no search visibility was lost.

Foundational SEO was integrated across the site, with high-intent NLP keywords targeting premium landscaping and stone services. We also restructured the advertising strategy, ensuring all paid traffic was sent to optimised landing pages built to convert. The result was a cohesive digital presence and a growth engine designed to consistently attract high-value projects, freeing Mark to focus on running and scaling the business rather than being tied to the tools.
