When we first connected with Moe, DEC Concreting didn’t even have a functioning website. At the time, all of Moe’s work came through word of mouth. He had a crew of 18–20 men on the tools, known across Melbourne’s northern suburbs as “the reliable concreter”, that local builders could count on. Outside of his network, he was invisible. Moe had no consistent way to generate new leads and no online presence to capture opportunities from outside his existing network. While reputation kept the jobs coming, it also left the business vulnerable. One bad quarter or a slowdown in builder referrals could damage the pipeline.
We began with an in-depth discovery session to define DEC Concreting’s most profitable services and ideal clients, then built a plan to establish a strong online presence and capture high-intent search traffic. A clean, SEO-ready website was developed with persuasive copy, proof elements and clear calls-to-action.
The site was optimised for Melbourne’s northern suburbs with targeted keywords and a fully built-out Google Business Profile. We launched high-converting Google Ads and retargeted site visitors via Facebook and Instagram, using content tailored to different stages of awareness. Every topic was validated through SEMrush which resulted in high engagement rates & elevated SEO rankings.
Through ongoing tracking and testing, we refined targeting, improved ad performance, and expanded the content strategy to capture top-of-funnel informational searches, building long-term authority and reducing reliance on paid ads.
