Sondrine from Cygnet Perfumery reached out at a pivotal moment in her business journey. She had laid the foundations and was ready to take the next step in elevating her brand.

Her existing website was built on WooCommerce, but the backend analytics were difficult to navigate, and the front end lacked the polish and refinement that matched the tone and identity of her brand. She needed a fresh, premium revamp that not only elevated the customer experience but also involved porting all customer data to a new, more user-friendly platform without losing functionality or valuable information.

We began with a full audit of the existing WooCommerce site to identify technical limitations and opportunities for improvement. From there, we mapped out a migration plan to move all customer data, journal entries, order history, and product information to a more streamlined, user-friendly platform without downtime or data loss.

On the front end, we redesigned the website to reflect the elegance and sophistication of the Cygnet Perfumery brand. This included refining the visual identity, enhancing product presentation, and creating an intuitive navigation structure to improve the customer journey.
