Mitch from Bespoke Landscapes came to Mesmerise needing help with client acquisition.
He wanted predictability and stability back in the business after a period of inconsistent lead flow. Having recently hired two landscape designers, he was keen to grow the design arm of the business and position Bespoke as the go-to for premium landscape design and construction in Melbourne.
We began with foundational market research and customer analysis, including an SEO audit of the current site and key competitors. This gave us clarity on market opportunities and informed our strategy for both design and acquisition.
We designed the website to reflect Bespoke’s premium positioning, ensuring it showcased their portfolio, design expertise, and unique value proposition. All existing content was carefully reviewed, optimised, and migrated, with unnecessary or outdated pages removed. 301 redirects were implemented where needed to maintain SEO equity.
We created NLP-driven service pages targeting high-intent, location-specific keywords and rolled out a lead magnet designed to educate prospects on landscape design trends and processes, building trust early in the buyer journey.
An omnipresent campaign strategy was launched across Google and Meta, targeting all stages of awareness. This ensured Bespoke stayed front-of-mind for homeowners, builders and architects, while driving a steady flow of high-quality enquiries for the design team.
